My name is Suzanne Mateboer and I'm fascinated by the developments Africa is experiencing! When I am not at home in Amsterdam I am on the road traveling to photograph!  Meeting new people and cultures inspires me.

 

In 2012 I worked for a model agency located in Amsterdam city where I was trained to become a professional photographer and filmmaker. In 2014 I started working as a freelance photographer.

In recent years I have made photography my work, photography is like a journey without end. Besides that, I work as a team leader of a refugee shelter in Amsterdam. 

 

People are the essence of my work, my focus is to find natural and unique images in which a person is the main subject. I work in the Netherlands in my studio in Amsterdam or at a location anywhere in the world. Lately, I focus on the very interesting continent, Africa. 

 

I work for businesses and individuals.
